As a low-dose machine, does it require AERB approval and a Lead Apron to be worn during exposure?

Though it is a low-dose machine, we need to follow all the AERB
guidelines and protocols.

What is the average Turnaround time from the issue of the purchase order to license to use?

Minimum 3-4 Weeks for installation at site another 2 weeks for
AERB License to use.

What are the regulatory approvals for the generator?

What are the main applications of this X-ray machine? Is veterinary use possible?

There are many application of this X Ray machine , Since it is Handheld it can be carried anywhere & can
be used at Trauma , ICU,NICU,Camp,OPD…etc. To some extent it can be used for Veterinary purpose also
like Dogs , Cat , Birds etc…

Can the X-ray machine be used in remote locations with limited power supply?

Yes, Our machine supports almost 200 Exposures in on single full charge.

How user-friendly is the interface of the X-ray machine? Is any specialized trainingrequired?

It is very user friendly & easy to use because of the presets. One time complete training is required to
understand the features.

What kind of maintenance does the X-ray machine require, and how often?

Virtually zero maintenance is required as there is no mechanical parts are involved.

What should bedone if the X-ray machine experiences technical issues or malfunctions?

Basic troubleshooting is explained in the initial training & our technical team is always available over a
phone.

Are there any specific environmental conditions required for optimal operation of the X-ray machine?

No as such ,Normal room temperature is sufficient to use the machine.

Can the X-ray machine be integrated with existing medical imaging systems in a hospitalsetting?

It can be integrated&is compatiblewith most oftheHospital setup like PACS… etc

Our complete set works on battery, So power back up is not required.

How does the X-ray machine handle data privacy and security for stored images?

As all the data is stored in local hard disk of laptop , regular user level strong password can secure the
data.

Are there any trade-in options available for upgrading from an older X-ray model?

This can be worked out case to case basis.

What all regulatory / guidelines are required to purchase the X Ray machine

All the AERB guidelines are applicable to purchase the X Ray machine like Elora registration, Layout,
wearing of protective equipment’s..etc
